The issue of the NPCA-33 and Wood Destroying Organism Attachment

(a.k.a. a "Termite Letter") is $75.00.

Our goal is to build a trusting relationship with our agents and homeowners.

We prefer to bill these directly to the closing representative, so if a closing should "fall through," the owner does not pay for a letter they can not use. 

We do not collect for the cost of the letter unless the closing takes place*.

*Please note that if a service (treatment) is rendered without a closing, the homeowner will be billed.
